What you will do

• Negotiate and manage product scope to deliver maximum value on client engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding product decisions and trade-offs.
• Manage the flow of requirements and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
• Own the delivery plan, ensuring accurate forecasting and adherence to contract terms.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of delivery management experience on complex digital or technology projects.
• Proven track record managing both fixed-price and time/materials engagements.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and steering committees.
• Demonstrable examples of scope negotiation and risk management on high-stakes projects.
• Experience running agile ceremonies and maintaining high delivery standards.
• Comfortable using delivery data to drive commercial decisions.
