What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT equipment, from sourcing and purchasing to deployment and retirement.
• Handle daily purchasing tasks, including vendor follow-ups and ticket management in JIRA.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and verify the quality of received products.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues regarding damaged or missing items.
• Report on supply chain status and purchase order progress to the Engineering Procurement Lead.

Requirements

• English proficiency required.
• Previous experience in IT equipment procurement is preferred.
• Solid understanding of modern purchasing processes and systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
