Salary: £31,800 (Total package including shift allowance)

What you will do

• Operate plant and process equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes and record operating data accurately.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment faults, and safety concerns.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities.
• Assist with plant start-ups, shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Process Operator, Production Operator, or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Proven experience following strict health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a rotating shift-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail for completing production records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
