What you will do

• Manage daily production capacities, resources, and personnel across a 3-shift operation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and production targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for process-related inquiries and technical challenges.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities in production processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with internal support functions to maintain efficient communication and workflow.
• Motivate and develop the production team to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed technical apprenticeship is required.
• Fluent German skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Several years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Initial leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automated lines, and ERP systems (SAP).
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift model, potentially including Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean-management methods such as KAIZEN or Lean Six Sigma.
• English language proficiency.
