What you will do
- Drive the divisional innovation pipeline by providing scientific insights and strategic input.
- Serve as a trusted scientific advisor to divisional leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, researchers, and academic institutions.
- Partner with the Group Chief Medical Officer, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D to ensure scientific alignment.
- Support product launches through scientific programs, symposia, and educational initiatives.
- Monitor scientific advancements and healthcare trends to anticipate evolving clinical demands.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy) required; PhD or MD strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Scientific Affairs, Medical Affairs, or related leadership roles in diagnostics or pharma.
- Proven track record in evidence generation, clinical research, and scientific strategy development.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with external stakeholders and KOLs.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
- Must be based in or able to work from Saluggia, Italy.
