BDR – B2B SaaS Sales (eCommerce & Operations): Generate and qualify new B2B SaaS opportunities through outbound prospecting for eCommerce brands and operations teams, with an accent on consultative discovery, stakeholder mapping, and booking qualified meetings. Focus on building pipeline fast by researching prospects’ operational pain and communicating ’s value proposition clearly.
Location: Hybrid (Milano, Italy)
Salary: €27,000 - €39,000 + 30–40% performance bonus

What you will do
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting across the eCommerce and operations tech landscape
- Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and map decision-making processes
- Book discovery meetings for the Account Executive team by communicating ’s value proposition
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in HubSpot (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities)
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, lead nurturing, and market feedback to improve conversion
- Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified opportunities, and pipeline contribution
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and listen during discovery
- Resilience and persistence for high-volume outreach
- Consultative mindset: understand customer challenges before pitching solutions
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot and/or Apollo (CRM/automation)
Nice to have
- Exposure to logistics, eCommerce operations, or supply chain SaaS tools
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
- Basic understanding of API-based products and integration ecosystems
- Knowledge of multi-carrier shipping, OMS, WMS, and fulfillment/3PL workflows
