What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end planning and activation of content and partnership campaigns from brief to delivery.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, championing the role of culture and entertainment in brand growth.
- Collaborate with media owners, rights holders, and creators to develop innovative partnership solutions.
- Apply performance frameworks to measure the business and cultural impact of entertainment-led work.
- Provide oversight and mentorship to junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and client expansion within the existing portfolio.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in creative, content, partnerships, or sponsorship roles within an agency or media environment.
- Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-channel partnership campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the branded entertainment, sport, and cultural marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
