Location: Must be based in Pistoia or Trieste, Italy (Hybrid model).

Salary: €25,760–€38,640 EUR RAL.

What you will do

• Evaluate and resolve technical issues within hirify.global Dimension for internal and external clients.
• Advise clients on best-practice market solutions and implement value-adding functionality.
• Collaborate with product management to address complex customer requirements and future market needs.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer through training and coaching sessions.
• Participate in the EMEA shift, including occasional weekend and public holiday duties.
• Develop internal practices, processes, and procedures to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Educational background in STEM or Finance.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes, or Financial Transaction Workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations.
• Must be based in or able to work from Pistoia or Trieste, Italy.
