What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across R&D, operational, and support functions in the MEA region.
• Develop and own sourcing strategies tailored to the local talent market.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and calibrate profiles.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to pre-boarding in Ashby.
• Drive high-volume hiring for production roles while managing senior technical searches.
• Represent the company as an employer of choice and maintain pipeline reporting for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-scaling tech, deep-tech, or industrial companies.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; professional English proficiency required.
• Strong command of the Moroccan and MEA labor market and hiring landscape.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume and senior-level searches simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
