Location: Must be based in Finland (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to support growth and market expansion in Finland.
- Manage and continuously improve the Software & Services Catalogue to ensure commercial relevance.
- Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into differentiated solutions.
- Drive commercial readiness and ensure the successful launch and adoption of new offerings.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across the Nordics.
- Stay ahead of developments in HR technology, SaaS, and AI to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, or Strategic Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Finnish market.
- Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
- Proven success in launching, scaling, and optimizing commercial offerings.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience within B2B SaaS, HR technology, or professional services is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with AI concepts and practical experience using AI tools.
