Location: Must be based in Bristol, UK, with a mandatory 6-month posting in Colombia (October–March).

Salary: £33,000 OTE (up to £40k+ for high performers).

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Convert enquiries into successful holiday bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey.
• Collaborate across the team to support broader company goals.
• Manage logistics for the 6-month international posting.

Requirements

• Must be a current hirify.global sales consultant.
• Available to work 3:30pm – 1:00am UK time, 5 days a week including weekends and bank holidays.
• Must be able to commit to a 6-month posting in Colombia.
• Proven sales experience and a positive, flexible mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for the ski holiday market.
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-growing startup environment.
