Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid setup: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (after an initial 3-month in-office period).

What you will do

• Own the entire third-party contract review queue, ensuring zero SLA breaches.
• Govern and calibrate AI-based contract review tools to align with the company's risk appetite.
• Design automated reporting systems for third-party risk management.
• Translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory frameworks like DORA, PSD2, and GDPR.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law required.
• Deep expertise in banking or finance regulatory environments (DNB, AFM).
• Proven experience with TPRM, DPA/GDPR, and financial regulations.
• Hands-on experience governing AI-powered contract review tools.
• Ability to explain complex legal topics clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
• Must be based in Amsterdam or willing to work from the office as required.
