What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily classification and labeling activities for a team of 8-15 associates.
• Monitor employee performance, provide weekly feedback, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure team compliance with policies, procedures, and the latest training updates.
• Foster a culture of teamwork through daily stand-ups, calibration sessions, and open communication.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
