What you will do

• Lead and coach a high-performing CRM team to deliver high-quality campaigns and client outcomes.
• Oversee multi-channel CRM programs, including campaign builds, lifecycle journeys, and quality assurance.
• Partner with Account Management and Pre-Sales teams to scope projects and manage delivery pipelines.
• Use customer insights and performance data to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Refine operational processes and develop new CRM products and services to create value for partners.
• Collaborate with the microsite team to ensure a seamless supporter experience.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement programs.
• Proven experience in people leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and delivering complex multi-channel customer journeys.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Must be based in the UK or US.
