Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 50% of time spent in the office per quarter.
Salary: €84,000 – €126,000 EUR

What you will do
- Design and scale enterprise IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management.
- Define IAM strategies across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) using Zero Trust principles.
- Champion Identity as Code by automating workflows via CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
- Oversee IAM service operations for the European Sovereign Cloud.
- Partner with Compliance teams to ensure alignment with SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 5+ years specifically in IAM engineering.
- Deep expertise with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Entra ID) and PAM tools.
- Hands-on experience managing AWS and GCP environments at scale.
- Proficiency in scripting (Go, Python, PowerShell, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Expert understanding of protocols including SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and LDAP.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Nice to have
- Certifications: CISSP, CIAM, CAMS, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Experience with AI-driven development tools to accelerate engineering workflows.
