What you will do

• Design and scale enterprise IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management.
• Define IAM strategies across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) using Zero Trust principles.
• Champion Identity as Code by automating workflows via CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
• Oversee IAM service operations for the European Sovereign Cloud.
• Partner with Compliance teams to ensure alignment with SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 5+ years specifically in IAM engineering.
• Deep expertise with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Entra ID) and PAM tools.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS and GCP environments at scale.
• Proficiency in scripting (Go, Python, PowerShell, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Expert understanding of protocols including SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and LDAP.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, CIAM, CAMS, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience with AI-driven development tools to accelerate engineering workflows.
