What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise Linux server platforms across production and test environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for OS, networking, and storage issues.
• Develop Bash scripts to automate system administration, patching, and deployment tasks.
• Implement configuration management solutions using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Lead platform lifecycle activities including migrations, capacity planning, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, and database teams to deliver secure and reliable services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Linux Engineer or similar infrastructure role.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise Linux distributions like RHEL, Oracle Linux, or Ubuntu.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation and operational workflows.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
• Deep understanding of Linux networking, security hardening, and kernel-level troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Linux workloads in virtualized or cloud environments like Azure, OCI, or AWS.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Relevant certifications such as RHCE, LPIC, or cloud platform engineering credentials.
