Compensation: $135,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do
- Define and execute regional marketing strategies to drive partner acquisition and MRR growth.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Channel Marketing team of 3 professionals.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure marketing campaigns are synchronized with partner recruitment and sales pipeline goals.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing ROI and ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison with internal teams including Events, Digital, and Content.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance data to optimize strategy and business impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience managing marketing managers or regional teams.
- Deep understanding of indirect sales models and through-partner marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of hiring and scaling marketing teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot.
- Must be based in the United States.
