TL;DR

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer: Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise identity systems with an accent on automation, integration, and security protocols. Focus on managing user lifecycles, implementing Zero Trust controls, and securing complex cloud environments.

Location: Must be based in Ireland (Dublin). This is a hybrid role requiring at least 50% of time in the office.

Salary: €70,200–€105,400 EUR

What you will do

  • Configure and maintain connections between the core identity provider and various SaaS applications and APIs.
  • Implement and troubleshoot automated user lifecycle workflows for joiners, movers, and leavers.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for identity and access issues within the EU Sovereign Cloud.
  • Administer directory services including LDAP and Ory Hydra.
  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine identity tasks and access reporting.
  • Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures for the IAM ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT or Security, with 2+ years in IAM administration.
  • Solid experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, or Ory Hydra.
  • Practical understanding of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and REST APIs.
  • Competency in scripting with Python or GoLang.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
