What you will do

• Run blameless post-mortems and use SLIs/SLOs to measure and improve system health.
• Implement comprehensive observability with logging, tracing, and metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Build self-service platform tooling that enables engineering teams to deploy, scale, and monitor services with minimal friction.
• Apply SRE principles (automation, error budgets, and toil reduction) to keep the platform fast and rock-solid.
• Act as a technical lead by guiding junior engineers and evangelizing cloud-native best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
• Deep proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Rust for building platform tooling.
• Expertise in Docker and the Kubernetes ecosystem (e.g., Helm, Istio).
• Product-first mindset focused on developer experience as well as uptime.
