Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days in office).

What you will do

• Create, analyze, and communicate reports and statistics for business teams and partners.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Analyze commercial data including revenues, CPIs, and other key performance indicators.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Outline the business impact of proposed ideas by evaluating earnings versus costs.
• Implement and test solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to translate technical issues into business language.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Proactive approach with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
