What you will do

• Own user problems end-to-end, providing expert support and escalating technical issues to engineering.
• Maintain and improve the internal knowledge base and support workflows.
• Act as the voice of the customer by feeding front-line insights directly into product development.
• Design smarter support processes to increase team efficiency.
• Collaborate across the product team to ensure user success and product growth.

Requirements

• Must be a recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Must be able to work on-site in Stockholm or Lund.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive, driver mindset.
• Natural curiosity for AI tools and efficient workflows.
• English proficiency required for all communication and documentation.
• Warm and precise communication style for user interactions and internal reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2C SaaS support using tools like Intercom.
• Hands-on experience with Lovable, Claude, or similar AI development tools.
