What you will do

• Develop and maintain authorization services using OAuth2 and AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal consumer teams to integrate features and clarify requirements.
• Design robust architectural solutions for complex, ambiguous problems.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations to maintain system stability.
• Launch new platform initiatives from the ground up.
• Refactor existing systems to improve performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar backend role.
• Strong proficiency in JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, or Scala).
• Experience with Micronaut, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Ability to design solutions independently in ambiguous environments.
• Prior experience in a platform team serving internal consumers.
• English: B1 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading non-trivial refactoring projects.
• Interest in working with Go.
• Familiarity with Spring ecosystem.
