What you will do

• Develop and maintain 3-statement financial models, ROI models, and forecasting tools.
• Query large datasets using SQL to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Create and manage executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Perform variance, scenario, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to align on KPI tracking.
• Ensure data quality and maintain documentation for reporting logic and assumptions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (macros, index/match, scenario modeling).
• Strong SQL skills for querying and joining complex datasets.
• Experience in variance analysis and management reporting.
• Based in South Africa or Kenya.
• Availability to work U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Experience with ERPs like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Industry experience in SaaS, healthcare, or professional services.
