What you will do

  • Design and ship high-quality native features for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
  • Develop intuitive user experiences for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services.
  • Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to simplify complex user journeys.
  • Integrate REST APIs and optimize application performance, crash rates, and battery efficiency.
  • Implement AI-assisted mobile experiences using on-device inference with TensorFlow Lite.
  • Contribute to engineering standards and perform code reviews across the mobile platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional mobile software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift (SwiftUI/UIKit) or Kotlin (Jetpack Compose/Android SDK).
  • Solid understanding of modern mobile architecture patterns and platform best practices.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Ability to work independently within a remote, distributed global team.
  • Proven track record of shipping apps (GitHub, App Store, or Google Play links required).
