What you will do

• Drive test vehicles for long-distance local and extensive travel missions across the U.S. (up to 50% travel).
• Perform daily start-up, system engagement, and shutdown procedures for development vehicles.
• Monitor and troubleshoot both software and hardware systems in real-time while on the road.
• Execute testing in accordance with strict safety and compliance protocols.
• Maintain detailed reports and collaborate with engineers to provide insight on system performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with at least two years of employment experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet minimum driving record requirements (MVR check).
• Ability to pass a ten-panel drug screening and criminal background checks.
• Technical proficiency with computers and basic hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel extensively, including air travel.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in technical driving, fleet operations, or vehicle testing environments.
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics and data logging tools.
• Experience with work management tools like Jira and Slack.
