What you will do

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking.
• Engage customers via thoughtful financial questions to retain and deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice to increase customer confidence and resolve concerns.
• Perform financial reviews and suggest portfolio updates based on customer goals.
• Act as a point of contact for frontline staff to handle customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry codes of conduct.

Requirements

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months of hiring.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Fluent in French (required for Quebec location).

Nice to have

• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Experience in real estate secured lending or investments.
