Triage Associate I, Platform Triage (ADAS)

Salary: $26.39 - $39.59 per hour

What you will do

• Evaluate vehicle test data utilizing internal tooling and logs, including analysis of detailed charts and signals.
• Analyze sensor data (lidar, radar) and autonomy visualizations to identify the context of issues.
• Troubleshoot vehicle hardware and software in real-time to provide feedback for in-vehicle operators.
• Monitor and document issues, identifying root causes and responsible modules.
• Collaborate with Operations, Systems Engineering, and Autonomy teams to escalate and resolve problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of employment experience.
• Availability to work first shift (7:00am-3:30pm ET).
• Strong analytical skills to assess the cause, impact, and severity of technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail with repetitive tasks.
• Strong interest in the development of advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS).

Nice to have

• Experience working with ADAS automation testing products.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Jira.
• Background in a software/IT, operational, or STEM environment.
• Experience using dashboarding software such as Looker or Superset.
