What you will do

• Develop and deliver Android features using Kotlin for insurance and financial services.
• Build intuitive mobile experiences for payments, claims, and renewals.
• Integrate backend APIs and optimize app stability, reducing ANRs, crashes, and memory consumption.
• Implement AI-assisted mobile experiences to genuinely enhance the user journey.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to simplify complex user journeys.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong proficiency with Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Coroutines, and Flow.
• Proven experience building and shipping production Android applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, and REST API integration.
• Ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
• Portfolio, GitHub, or Google Play links to shipped applications.
