Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work there)
Salary: $140k–$155k + quarterly bonus

What you will do
- Own relationship and revenue for enterprise-level accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
- Build and deepen partnerships with Amazon partner teams to generate new leads.
- Lead strategic conversations and represent the company to C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
- Drive pre-sales strategy, campaign analysis, reporting, and quarterly business planning.
- Manage internal platform tools, agency onboarding, and RFP processes.
- Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams to influence feature development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account development, account management, or sales, preferably in ad tech or digital media.
- Deep understanding of the ad tech sales cycle, DSPs, SSPs, and the broader ecosystem.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders (C-suite, directors).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon DSP.
- Technical knowledge of ad serving technologies and data management platforms (DMPs).
- Experience in mentoring or managing other team members.
- Ability to implement scalable process improvements or performance measures.
