What you will do
- Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco and/or Workato.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain data mappings, transformations, and automated workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure high performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia
- Advanced English proficiency required
- Proven experience with Tibco (BusinessWorks, EMS) and/or Workato.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Experience with data transformation (JSON, XML) and database concepts (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Relevant certifications in Tibco or Workato.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Familiarity with additional middleware or integration platforms.
