What you will do

• Build a referral physician network for clinical trial enrollment services across Mexico.
• Conduct outbound outreach and perform in-person visits to oncologist and hematologist offices.
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare specialists.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular status reports to internal teams.
• Collect market feedback and coordinate with sales, marketing, and product development departments.
• Analyze market potential to identify growth opportunities within the Mexican healthcare landscape.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) strongly preferred, ideally combined with commercial experience.
• 4+ years of experience in oncology, hematology, pharma, biotech, or CRO settings.
• An established professional network of oncologists and hematologists in Mexico.
• Must be living in Mexico and based in Mexico City.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
