What you will do

• Execute the full-scale migration of legacy systems into Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, and Invoices.
• Manage seamless data transfer of customer information, inventory SKUs, and order history.
• Configure user roles, permissions, and automated workflows within the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms including Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Develop business performance reports and dashboards for tracking.
• Provide ongoing system administration, upgrades, and internal stakeholder training.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, and Creator.
• Proven track record in full-cycle Zoho migration projects and post-launch management.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and JavaScript for building custom workflows.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly.
• Must be based in the Philippines or Europe for time zone alignment.
• English: C1 level required (excellent written and spoken).
