TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (AI): Designing user experiences for an AI-powered flexible staffing platform with an accent on end-to-end discovery, ideation, and execution of complex workflows. Focus on leveraging AI-enabled tools for prototyping, improving design outcomes, and evolving the design system.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin). Must be based in Berlin and available to work from the office at least 3 days per week (1 day remote during first 6 months).

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for complex product areas from discovery to high-quality execution.
• Develop responsive and adaptive prototypes ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
• Conduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors, especially in enterprise contexts.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape and iterate solutions rapidly.
• Advocate for user-centric thinking and design excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and measurable business impact.
• Ability to translate complex real-world workflows into simple and intuitive experiences.
• Proven experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams.
• Strong UX fundamentals with a sharp eye for interaction, visual design, and usability.
• Confidence working in ambiguous problem spaces and making informed trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Fluency or professional proficiency in German.
• Curiosity and openness toward AI-assisted design tools.
