What you will do

• Lead and guide development teams, providing technical and line-management leadership.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements from clients into impactful applications.
• Own the successful delivery of projects and resolve technical blockers before they escalate.
• Define architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Uphold best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
• Provide project status updates to client and internal leadership to drive effective decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead, specifically using React.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams through delivery, mentoring, or line management.
• Experience working directly with clients to define and understand technical requirements.
• Deep understanding of TDD, agile methodologies, design patterns, and Git.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of operational concerns including security, accessibility, and GDPR.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS, particularly Contentful.
