What you will do
- Lead and guide development teams, providing technical and line-management leadership.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements from clients into impactful applications.
- Own the successful delivery of projects and resolve technical blockers before they escalate.
- Define architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Uphold best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
- Provide project status updates to client and internal leadership to drive effective decision-making.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead, specifically using React.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through delivery, mentoring, or line management.
- Experience working directly with clients to define and understand technical requirements.
- Deep understanding of TDD, agile methodologies, design patterns, and Git.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of operational concerns including security, accessibility, and GDPR.
Nice to have
- Experience with headless CMS, particularly Contentful.
