What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, handling requirement gathering and quality issues.
• Translate client needs into internal work orders and monitor project timelines through to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to resolve client inquiries.
• Coordinate pre-delivery quality checks and post-production reviews to ensure high service standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client data and suggest cost-effective database production improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and translate insights into solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively across different teams.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland to support the hybrid work model.
