What you will do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Address concerns regarding online orders, including lost shipments, stock availability, and returns.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and billing teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Process refunds and assist in resolving charge disputes.
- Provide a positive shopping experience through courteous and effective communication.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within an apparel eCommerce setting.
- Strong understanding of customer service etiquette and professional approach.
- Proficiency in email management tools and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work 9AM-5PM EST.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk, eDesk, or similar support platforms.
