What you will do

• Define scope for client-requested features and coordinate with Account and Integration Managers.
• Create comprehensive timelines, perform dependency analysis, and prioritize tasks based on quarterly commitments.
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation and resolve blockers with stakeholders.
• Manage release requests and drive production deployment in collaboration with the operations manager.
• Provide regular activity reports, demo videos, and progress updates to management.
• Track all project activities using Jira and Timely.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Zagreb, Croatia for a hybrid schedule.
• At least 2+ years of experience in project/product management or business analysis.
• University technical degree.
• English: Advanced (C1) proficiency in speaking and writing required.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills with a SWOT focus.
