What you will do

• Review transfer journeys against QA standards and predetermined criteria to ensure compliance.
• Complete detailed assessment reports and participate in monthly calibration reviews to ensure reporting consistency.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of industry regulations including FCA, ICO, and FOS rules.
• Coach team members through clear, actionable feedback to drive performance improvements.
• Identify business issues and recommend continuous improvement opportunities for process enhancement.
• Assist in investigations and analysis to strengthen overall service quality.

Requirements

• Relevant regulatory background.
• Experience with ISAGIA or SIPP Transfers preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy of work.
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Manchester office 3 days a week.
