What you will do

• Own and evolve Crucial Player Protection (CPP) RG & AML detection models and customer tools.
• Translate complex regulatory obligations into clear product requirements, balancing compliance with CX and commercial goals.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing urgent compliance needs against long-term scalability.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, and Operations teams to design and deploy player protection solutions.
• Drive the phased rollout of models and tools across multiple markets, ensuring operational readiness.
• Refine model logic and monitor KPIs such as detection accuracy and intervention outcomes using data insights.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Product Management experience in regulated industries (gaming, fintech, payments, or financial services).
• Proven track record of delivering complex product initiatives from requirements to rollout.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use KPIs to drive product decisions.
• Pragmatism and resilience in adapting to evolving regulatory and operational contexts.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of Responsible Gaming and AML frameworks.
• Experience with affordability checks, deposit/play limits, and customer intervention tools.
• Experience managing multi-market or cross-regional product launches.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery frameworks, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience collaborating with third-party technology or compliance vendors.
