Software Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Software Engineer (C#/.NET): Developing and supporting enterprise products within the Financial Instruments' Life Cycle with an accent on writing clean, maintainable code and implementing new features. Focus on building complex financial systems, integrating legacy APL code, and ensuring quality through automated testing.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code in C# following established standards.
• Implement new features and fix issues using both C# and APL.
• Create and execute automated test cases, including E2E, API, and unit tests.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads during feature analysis and refinement.
• Support existing legacy systems and participate in Sprint ceremonies.
• Gradually build full-stack development skills across SOA architectures.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a similar field.
• 1–3+ years of solid experience with C# (.NET or .NET Framework).
• Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle or SQLite.
• Basic understanding of git and CI/CD pipelines.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw or able to work in a hybrid model (2 days office).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the financial domain, specifically fintech or derivatives.
• Awareness of Cloud and/or On-Prem infrastructures.
