What you will do

• Investigate and fix issues in AI algorithms and data pipelines
• Maintain and improve Shiny (R) and Streamlit (Python) applications
• Develop new interactive dashboards and analytics tools
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and optimize code
• Manage data connectors and conduct various testing phases
• Collaborate with data scientists, statisticians, and business users

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in Python and/or R development
• Experience with Shiny (R) and/or Streamlit (Python)
• Ability to work in a bilingual environment (French & English)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data manipulation and visualization libraries
• Experience with Git/GitHub and basic AI/ML concepts

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI)
• Knowledge of Docker and APIs (FastAPI, REST)
• Exposure to ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Statistical knowledge and familiarity with Posit/Shiny Server
• Understanding of NLP or computer vision concepts
