What you will do
- Lead and develop diverse teams across warehouse, inventory, transport, and operational support functions.
- Own site performance by delivering against KPIs for productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and transport regulations.
- Continuously review and improve operational processes to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage robust inventory controls to ensure high levels of stock accuracy and transactional integrity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to optimize end-to-end service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large operational teams (50–100+ colleagues) in logistics, distribution, or warehousing.
- Experience managing both warehouse and transport operations in fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable business results and operational improvements.
- Experience operating within customer-focused B2C logistics environments.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Sheffield, UK.
