Location: Remote from anywhere in the world (work schedule is based on Dubai time)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the policy development tools, execution engine, and data connectors.
• Conduct hands-on customer development with risk analysts and engineers to validate problem statements.
• Perform full-cycle analysis, problem decomposition, and solution design, including codebase exploration.
• Drive self-service capabilities and manage key metrics such as SLA, lead time for content delivery, and user CSAT.
• Prioritize a unified backlog across B2C and B2B risk streams based on quantified business impact.
• Prototype internal processes and validate ideas using LLM APIs and agent tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Technical/Platform PM for decision engines, scoring, or antifraud platforms.
• Domain expertise in Scoring, Risk, or Antifraud within the Fintech or Banking sectors.
• Proven track record of owning a product vision and defending it at the C-level.
• Ability to navigate codebases and assess whether technical solutions meet requirements.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as an Enterprise Architect, Development Team Lead, or Engineering Manager.
