What you will do

  • Onboard customers by integrating AI solutions into daily workflows and guiding administrators with data-backed best practices.
  • Own the full renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, negotiating commercial terms, and closing renewals.
  • Manage a revenue portfolio with direct accountability for retention and net-revenue-retention (NRR) targets.
  • Monitor account health and execute structured mitigation plans to prevent churn.
  • Quantify and communicate ROI and measurable business value to executive and economic buyers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to drive expansion and platform improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in customer-owning roles at tech or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering against revenue or retention targets.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end renewal motion and leading commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to map complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort discussing pricing and structuring terms.
  • Must be based in Paris, France
