What you will do

• Design and iterate on landing pages, onboarding flows, and key funnel touchpoints, including paywall moments.
• Map end-to-end user journeys, write and refine copy, and ensure a cohesive experience.
• Translate growth goals into clear hypotheses and rapid experiments.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to build, launch, and iterate in fast loops.
• Utilize data from Amplitude and A/B tests to prioritize testing and measure impact.
• Create variations for different search intent clusters while maintaining a high visual bar.

Requirements

• Strong visual/UI craft with expertise in Figma (auto-layout, typography, spacing, and polish).
• Conversion-driven mindset with excitement for experiments and fast feedback loops.
• High autonomy and comfort working in a lightweight, async-friendly culture.
• Solid product thinking and ability to connect design decisions to funnel metrics and business results.
• Clear writing and communication skills for copywriting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (LLMs) for research and fast prototyping.

Nice to have

• Prototyping skills in Webflow, Framer, or similar tools.
• Marketing or editing background with strong copy instincts.
• Experience with SEO-driven landing pages and constant iteration.
