What you will do
- Execute business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities.
- Drive improvements and optimisations across Product, Compliance, Customer Support, and Growth.
- Interpret data to draw actionable insights for business scaling.
- Coordinate and execute multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Act as a local expert in user behaviour and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record in project management and implementing effective processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dispersed team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in using AI tools as a productivity lever to streamline processes.
- Must be based in Sliema, Malta
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a crypto exchange, FinTech, or regulated startup.
- Experience working within multinational or matrix environments.
- Genuine interest in crypto and trading.
