What you will do

• Own end-to-end enterprise deployments from initial installation to stable production.
• Debug incidents in customer environments involving Docker, Postgres, and complex networking.
• Manage complex security controls, including proxies, firewalls, and air-gapped setups.
• Build and adapt integrations for SSO, IdP, and internal PKI systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to translate field issues into product improvements.
• Investigate agent behavior to resolve failures, authentication issues, and crashes.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in infrastructure and networking (Docker, DNS, TLS, proxies, firewalls).
• Proficiency in debugging within Linux environments.
• Ability to read Go, TypeScript, or Python to trace and resolve technical issues.
• Understanding of offensive security concepts such as RCE, SSRF, and session handling.
• Ability to interpret logs and debug distributed systems.
• Must be based in Chicago.

Nice to have

• Experience with on-prem software deployments.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for hybrid cloud setups.
• Experience with identity providers or internal PKI.
• Prior exposure to security tooling or offensive security.
