What you will do

• Lead a multi-channel go-to-market strategy across retail, direct-to-consumer, and international channels.
• Collaborate with the Founder to define creative direction and oversee new collections and brand extensions.
• Build and manage robust sourcing, production, quality control, and financial planning processes.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-caliber team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Serve as the primary brand ambassador with partners, press, and the luxury industry.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience within the luxury, beauty, and fragrance sectors.
• Proven track record of scaling the international expansion of global brands.
• Direct experience with P&L ownership in entrepreneurial or founder-led settings.
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing and channel architecture aligned with luxury positioning.
• Fluency in luxury brand codes and multi-market registration requirements.
• Must be based in Dubai.
