What you will do

• Collaborate with creative teams to transform briefs into production-ready presentations, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Film and execute content at shoots, ensuring alignment with creative DNA and quality standards.
• Act as the on-camera face for the brands, presenting products and leading tutorials for Italian audiences.
• Edit short-form video content and manage freelance editors to ensure timely delivery of action edits.
• Handle the uploading, scheduling, and performance reporting of organic content across social handles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation within a creative agency or brand.
• Proven ability to produce and edit compelling short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.
• Confidence and natural presence on camera for product demonstrations.
• Native Italian speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and creative development processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Business Suite, and Keynote.
