What you will do
- Own the integrity and governance of operational KPIs across Operations and Commercial functions.
- Translate operational needs into technical BI specifications and validate reporting logic.
- Analyze inventory performance across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to drive corrective actions.
- Redesign end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes to remove bottlenecks and improve productivity.
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Computer Science.
- Several years of experience in operational excellence or supply chain analytics within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, or low-code platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, Python).
- Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada.
Nice to have
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with ERP/MRP/MES platforms.
- Project management methodology certifications.
